  I came home on a Saturday night and had no water. I called Frank at 8 pm and left a message. He returned my call in minutes and assured me he would be here 7:30 am with a new well pump if needed. I fixed the problem myself and had to cancel , it was a broken hose in the back yard, but what a relief to have someone like that available.
